    It feels like more people are picking up a side hustle, and maybe it’s true. With rising prices and more opportunities for flexible working conditions, now is the time to set aside 30 minutes for learning. Consider learning coding or digital marketing. You can sharpen these skills all while sitting on your computer.

  3. Write a few words before bed
    Writing before bed may feel like a homework assignment, but I guarantee it will help your mood for the next day. Before you call it a night, jot down your goals for the next day, or add to your gratitude list. If it’s on your mind, write it down. Journaling is another way to clear the traffic jam in your heart and head.

  4. Move your body — change your mind
    If you want to make a difference in your mental health, you can’t neglect how you care for your physical health. Add exercise to your daily list to balance your mind and body.     Are you drinking enough water? Think about it. If you are struggling to remember the last time you took a sip, it’s been too long. Water is one of the most important parts of staying healthy and hydrated. Water helps you feel good — and look good, too. If you need help, ask a friend for accountability. Many water bottles help with tracking, too.
